Preorders

Preorders are purchases that are made in advance of the item(s) being shipped. When you purchase a preorder item, that item will be reserved and sent out to you once it’s in stock.

Each manufacturer has estimated shipping dates for each season’s collection but they are only approximate dates. We will notify you as we are informed of changes/delays of manufacturer’s shipping dates. You MUST let us know if you’d like for us to send a partially filled order to you, while you wait for your other items to come in because it is not our normal practice to individually ship preordered items. Rue Cler Boutique can assure you that your preordered purchase will be shipped to you, in its entirety, as soon as soon as we receive all items.

A 25% deposit will ensure that your item will be reserved for you. Once selecting your preorder items, enter PREORDER as the coupon code, and your 25% deposit will be applied. The remaining 75% will be due once your items are ready to be shipped to you. As a courtesy, we will call or email you to determine how you'd like to pay for the balance of your preorder. You may also choose to pay the full amount for your preordered items by leaving the coupon code box empty. If you do not pay the balance of your preorder, you forfeit the 25% deposit.

If your preordered item is the wrong size you may send it back within 14 days for exchange. Sorry, we are unable to refund items ordered in advance. Special Orders

Several of the manufacturer’s that we work with, allow us to special order items for our customers. If there is an item that is not available to you, please contact us and we will look into special ordering it for you. A deposit of 25% will be required for this process. That deposit will be forfeited if we do not receive the balance from you within 14 days of the item arriving to us/our contacting you.

 

Holiday Layaway

 

Rue Cler Boutique offers a holiday layaway option with a 25% deposit. Simply use code HolidayGifts at checkout. This program allows you to pay towards your order over a period of time. Every two weeks you will recieve an email reminding you that a payment is due. (After two attempts of receiving payments, we will consider your layaway forfeited). All orders must be paid in full by December 12, 2011. If they are not, your deposit will be forfeited and your items will be put back onto the website to be sold. Our Holiday Layaway program will not be offered after November 21, 2011. There is NO charge for this service...

Unfortunately the Holiday Lawaway program can not be used towards our rewards program.

*There will be absolutely NO price adjustments made on items that have been put on layaway. When you layaway items, you are placing them on hold at the current price only. Both full price AND sale merchandise may be put on layaway. The Holiday Return Policiy still applies to ALL layaway items.

 

Layaway

Rue Cler Boutique offers layaways on full-price orders that are $200 or more. After a 25% deposit, you may pay towards your order over a 45 day period. Please note that if you cancel your layaway or fail to make your first payment within 14 days, your  25% deposit will be forfeited along with your items. Shipping Policy

Our policy is that orders under $75 be shipped First Class and all others will be Priority Mail. If you need your package expedited, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help you.

First Class shipments will take approximately 2-9 days from date of shipping. Priority mailed items take approximately 2-3 days from date of shipment. Express shipping arrives 1-2 days from date of shipping.

At this time, Rue Cler Boutique cannot accept international orders.
